Service Portal - Error when deleting My Surveys Widget

We have added a duplicate widget on the Service Portal.

When i am are trying to delete it i am getting the below error.

Have you tried switching your scope to global?, try to delete

Hi,

You have to switch the application scope before deleting.

From the standard UI, select the application scope and switch to "rhino.global". Once the scope is switched, try to delete this page.
