Service portal landing page redirect

When a user tries to use the "myinstance.service-now.com/sp" url to get to the service portal they get redirected to the login page of the instance instead. It also happens when the user logs out, it takes them to the instance login page. When you use the above link, and log in, it takes you to a blank page in ServiceNow and has another window within itself for a few seconds. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me with this situation.

We do not, this all started when we migrated the portal to a different instance.
