Service Portal - My Requests hide after a few minutes

Hey all, hope you're having a nice day.

I'm having an issue with the service portal, where I request something, navigate to "My Requests", the request shows up, but after a minute or so, the request disappears from the "My Requests" section on the portal.

I look up the request on the back end, and I can see it fine while impersonating an end user, I'm not sure why it gets hidden from the portal though

Hello @Aeden Frost 

Check the filter condition configured for the table in My Requests Filter (request_filter) table and validate if the records fulfil the configured condition.

Ah I see, it looks like once the approval is requested, it is removed from "My Requests"
