Hi all,
When I click on a request on the Service Portal in my personal instance, it directs to the order_status page:
In my company instance, when a user clicks the request, it goes to the request page, not the order status page:
This happens for all users. We really like the detail and layout of the order status page, and management want to use it. I know that i can add the order status widget to the request page, but would rather use the order status page if it is possible.
Thanks, Brendan

Hello Brendan,
Page route map was introduced in Kingston which basically has a record to route the page to "Order Status" screen from sc_request page. I'm assuming your company instance is behaving differently because it is in Jakarta.
Thanks,
Pradeep Sharma

Hi Pradeep,
Thanks for your reply.
We are actually on Kingston. I found the Page Route Maps and I didn't have any records.
I have added the entry now and it is working as expected 🙂
Thanks again!!
Cheers, Brendan
