Service Portal Stage Information on Ticket Details

Looking to implement "Assigned to" information on the stage block of ticket details to says "Fulfillment assigned to John Smith" , Anyone has tried this? Currently it does not show who the task is assigned to for follows up etc.

OOTB you can not add the assigned to there. It will most definitely require customization.
Additionally, I would heavily recommend against using the "Assigned to" field in the portal page.
One of the benefits of self-service is so that your back-end users do not get contacted directly and have unnecessary extra workload. Adding an assigned to field will likely stimulate your self-service users to just contact the agents directly and not use the self-service portal to communicate.

Yes, I understand your point but I would like to see if anyone has added that code as we have users who dont check emails but rather come to SP to check on ticket status.
