Hi Experts,
My use case is when the user selects an incident in the Service Workspace Operation it shows the Overview tab as the first and default tab.
Is there a way that the Details will be the default tab?
I would like this behaver also for problem record.

Hi Raghav,
Thanks for your replay.
I don't want to change the order. I want that when I enter to the incident the default tab that will be shown will be the Details.
Is that possible?

@Lior grinberg1 That doesn’t seesm to be possible with current setup.
You will have to do the modifications SN Suggested else wait till SN roles out something oob for this.

@Lior grinberg1 You can use idea portal to submit and idea but this is not possible currently.
