ServiceNow and Microsoft teams integration bidirectional ???

Hi Team,

I am looking into the possibilities of ServiceNow and Microsoft Team(Now Actions) integration. I have found the way to post a message once incident is created in ServiceNow. However did not see any option to respond back from teams to ServiceNow.

Could anyone please suggest if we can do bi-directional integration between SN and MS teams(using Now Actions not the VA) ?
