we have integrated Webex and receiving a message when ever the Approver is assigned. the message is the pattern like " Change number (click to approve or reject ) were approve is directing me to the list of record that need to be approved by the user and same for the rejections, i was trying to make it to approve the record directly from Webex messages. i.e., when user clicks on approve the Change need to be approved.
in what way can i be aching this?
