ServiceNow Azure DevOps Board Integration

I have been tasked with integrating ADO Boards and ServiceNow for Incidents/Tasks/General Service Request (not OOB). I've done some googling and it seems there are multiple ways to approach this. I was hoping to gain some feedback from the community on ways you have handled this, any do's and don'ts, what would be the 'right' or 'best' way to approach this. Any feedback is appreciated.

When integrating ADO Boards and ServiceNow for Incidents, Tasks, and General Service Requests, there are multiple approaches available. A custom Integration via APIs could work by exploring the option of building a custom integration using the APIs provided by both ADO Boards and ServiceNow. This approach allows for more flexibility and customization to meet your specific requirements. It is also possible to use Exalate, an integration solution that will provide full granular control about what gets send and gets received. I have been using it for quite a while and it works really well for these type of use-cases.
