Servicenow Export to powerpoint templates not populating

Hi there 

I am having some trouble configuring the export to powerpoint functionality. When I try to pull date from related tables (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions, Change Requests) it always comes blank. 

I am trying to create a table (screenshot below) that captures the basic information about about top 3 risks. I have not tinkered with the hyperlink on the last curly bracket (}).  (https://servicenow.com/distinctionFlag=related/childTable=risk_baseline/relatedTo=base/orderByColumn...) 

I cannot for the life of me figure out why this information will not populate, other information directly from the Status report populates, no problem. But cannot get anything from the Original Project record, or any RIDAC data into the ppt templates (IE Milestones, RIDA, Project Tasks). 

I am completely stumped, any support would be greatly appreciated. 

P.S I am using the powerpoint online workaround to for the ServiceNow add-in and have not made any changes to the Related Tables configuration.
