Hi ,
Need to create an incident with attachment in it when a SLA is triggered and the report is sent to particular group using FLOWDESIGNER.
Here we need to use trigger we cannot use use inbound email.
Any help.

Hi @Amit Verma ,
As you can see unable to copy attachment in copy attachment.
step 1: Trigger as email attachment and table as Email attachment.
step 2 : create record i.e; incident record.
step 3 : Look up records, table = sys_attachment
conditions: sys Id is Email Attachment > Attachment > Sys Id
step 4 : Copy Attachment . Unable to copy attachment from look record as you can see in the screenshot above.
can you please help me what happened here .

You have used Look Up Records in step 3. Replace it with Look Up Record and you should be through.

As you can see there is only one option for look up record. Do i need to create a custom action

Hi @Amit Verma ,
when this report is generated.
we need to create an incident automatically everyday because that schedule report triggers every day at 8AM.
while testing it is asking for sys id
here without a sys id, can we use trigger as "DAILY" in trigger section.
So that without any input while testing it has to create incident automatically everyday when schedule report is triggered daily.
Can you help me with this approach please.
