Servicenow inbound email action is not working in PDI

In my personal developer instance, I have created a notification script for inbound action.

As all parameters are passed correctly, I can't receive emails in my ServiceNow instance. Even I can't see logs in System Logs -> Emails. Inbound action is not even working in my instance.

I have checked with my colleague, he is also facing the same issue right now.

Does anyone know why is this happening?

Do you have incoming email active in Email Properties?

Go to Email Properties and enable incoming by default it's off.

I have already enabled email properties. find_real_file.png

Still inbound email script is not working.
