Servicenow inbound email action is not working in PDI

In my personal developer instance, I have created a notification script for inbound action.

As all parameters are passed correctly, I can't receive emails in my ServiceNow instance. Even I can't see logs in System Logs -> Emails. Inbound action is not even working in my instance.

I have checked with my colleague, he is also facing the same issue right now.

Does anyone know why is this happening?

I am using the same email provided in the email account.

And using the same to send an email. Still facing the issue.

Hi,

Please follow the Below Steps:-

Step 1:- Navigate to Email Properties and Check the Email Receiving checkbox checked.

Step 2:- Navigate to System Diagnostic -> Email Diagnostics and check connection is successfull and its receiving mail operational for particular user.

Step 3:- Change The Email domail by navigating to Email Properties module.
