ServiceNow Incident/Request Creation: Mandatory Field Bypass ?

Hi,

 

In ServiceNow, I've noticed that I can send a request to create an Incident, Request, or Knowledge-based request without providing any request body, even though there are mandatory fields.

 

Is this behaviour consistent across all instances of ServiceNow, or does it vary depending on the specific customer instance?

 

Can someone in the ServiceNow community shed some light on this and provide insights into whether there are any system-wide restrictions or if it's configurable at the instance level?

 

I'd appreciate any information you can share.
