Navigate to Security center (using your Admin credential)
Open following page
https://<your instance name>/now/security-center-configuration/security_scan_results
It will show like this.
now open any scan result,
Open the highlighted tab, check source, sourse table, source description etc.
You will come to know - how to get rid of it.
