ServiceNow Integration with Outlook

I want to work on one use case, When there is any critical incident raised the email notifications respective to those critical Incident should be automatically get flagged/mark as important in outlook. I am not aware of this process. Can anyone please help me through this requirement. So that It will be very helpful.

Check your notification from where you are creating email to outlook and do the changes,

In notification form, you will see the importance field., you can use that for your purpose.
