Hi
I need help with ServiceNow and Tableau integration.
I have done the following.
- Created local account
- Created a group with a Role
- ACLs - read access to the following tables
- sys_dictionary table (metadata about columns)
- sys_db_object table (metadata about tables)
- sys_glide_object table (metadata about field types)
The connection is not working Please see the attachment.

I checked the docs and you followed everything correctly. Do have customized ACLs that could be restricting access?

Not sure if you changed the instance just for the screenshot, but double check your instance name.
Also, please give the account the itil role too and try with that.

can you try assigning the itil & snc_platform_rest_api_access roles to that user?

I gave the admin permission and it worked but not ITIL.
