ServiceNow integration with Tableau

Hi

I need help with ServiceNow and Tableau integration.

I have done the following.

• Created local account
• Created a group with a Role
• ACLs -  read access to the following tables
  • sys_dictionary table (metadata about columns)
  • sys_db_object table (metadata about tables)
  • sys_glide_object table (metadata about field types)

The connection is not working Please see the attachment.

I checked the docs and you followed everything correctly. Do have customized ACLs that could be restricting access?
