Hi All,
I have a requirement in Platform Analytics.
Requirement:
Table: Incident Table.
Conditions are:
Priority is P1
Major incident state is accepted.
classification is Apps
Created at or after Jan2023
when all these conditions are met, we need to update the days since Apps P1 Incident.
How the days I am updating now is manually
Going to the incident table
Giving all these queries in the filter
Then running the query
Created date (sort z to a) and then updating the days
I have been trying with the basic reporting and Platform Analytics where I am getting the overall count of the incident in a single score or if i try with any other type in reporting I am getting the counts.
Here the requirement is we need to calculate the days created date(sort z to a) and then need to update the days
Is there any way that this can be done automatically via PA or any other way that this requirement can be achieved?
Please suggest

Hi @Alpha_K
I went through the statement, and it looks like a good part, but I didn't quite get this: "We need to calculate the days created date (sort Z to A) and then need to update the days."
It sounds like you need to calculate the number of days from the created date and possibly sort it in descending order (Z to A), but the part about "updating the days" isn’t clear to me.
If you want to see a report based on that data, you can create a trend-type report like this.

Hi Atul,
Thankyou for sharing your ideas here the requirement is
Please see the above screenshot I have given all the condition and I have run the query I can able to see 282 incidents but I want to sort by created and then need to update on dashboard.
The created has been Sort by (Z to A) and after doing Sort(Z to A) I can see the day as 22
This I need to update in Dashboard in the below format
Is there any way that this can be done automatically via PA or any other way that this requirement can be achieved?

Hi @Alpha_K
If I understood correctly, you want to display when the last P1 was created on the dashboard, like showing "22 days ago" in this case.
I doubt this can be shown the way you need. @AndersBGS @Mark Manders any inputs.

Hi @Alpha_K ,
This is not possible in platform analytics. You might be able to make it work in performance analytics whit a daily indicator and scripting, but this is not my expertise.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
