ServiceNow plugins

Good morning all

I would like to know if I install the ServiceNow add-in for Microsoft Outlook, does it impact anything just by activating it? The reason I am asking, I would like to test it on my own Outlook first to see how it works and then we would like to deploy it to the rest of the organisation. I do not want to break production obviously, that is what I am afraid of.

Hi Mahathi,

Yeah, I have pinged them. But they have not responded yet. I just want to know if any other configurations are needed form our (servicenow) side. I have just installed the plugin & downloaded the manifest file. Our microsoft admin has uploaded that file. Nothing else was done.
