servicenow reference field not showing display value when download via excel

We have a reference field (support Group ) which has read access to snc_external & cmdb_sample_role
we have a user (test) who has those roles still cannot see that field and normal itil user can see that field
if we try to report on that table and tried to export it in excel , the excel is not displaying any values for that field
Can some one help me what might me the cause ?

thanks Prateek , Its not working 😞 , i created that acl and tried but still that user cannot see

Hello, Click the link in the top most popup "This cloned descendant element is read-only, Click here to open editable first element (cmdb.support_group) in a new window."
Then go to the Dictionary Overrides and add an entry for the "storage Volume" table and select Display value. as such:
