Servicenow taking long time to load page, even after clearing the cache

HI Qunle,

Type Transactions in the filter navigator and Open All active transactions to see what is taking long. There might be some long-running transactions that are causing this slowness..

In case, there are low-impact/unnecessary transactions that are taking longer then you can kill them.

Are you facing this on your PDI?

There is nothing that you can do to fix this.

If it is a customer instance, get in touch with HI team to plan action items to fix that.
