ServiceNow will automatically create an onboarding ticket

Acceptance Criteria

When a New or External "A" Organization Full Time Employee (FTE) is onboarded to HR


And a new user record is created by IDM and the "A" employee/user has a "A" company name in ServiceNow

Where If any of the following are true:

Company Code Starts With “09”
Company contains “A”
Cost Center Name contains “A”
Organization contains “A” 
Then
ServiceNow will automatically create an onboarding ticket and will change the "A" flag to Y 
The ServiceNow ticket will close automatically, and an email will be sent to the cost center owner and the external worker letting them know the onboarding process to Concur is complete.
This email will include information on how to submit individual requests for additional tools, such as Project Jurisdiction User Onboarding..etc. 

 

Additional Information


Existing Functionality:
1.    IDM is integrated with HR for all new and existing employees. 
2.    IDM updates "A" ServiceNow with new employee information. 
3.    The new employee’s user account is automatically created in the "A" ServiceNow system via IDM integration.
