Set Additional comments to be automatically registered

Hi I don't know where to set it up so I question this.

When I work on something, Additional comments are automatically registered related to it, where do I set this? and this set default? And when I attach a file to the mail, where can I set up the alarm mail related to it.

Hi,

You need Business rules on corresponding table where the records are inserted. Once done, you need mail notifications to be triggered accordingly.

For instance, for any insert on sys_attachment table i.e. when you attach the file can be one such trigger point.
