Set amount of cards in a particular state/lane on Visual Task Board

Is it possible to set a limit on how many cards can be placed in a state or lane? For example, may I set the amount of cards that can be placed in the "Draft" state/lane?

I was able to configure Lane Limit on Free Form and Data-Driven boards, see below:

No, it's a fresh instance - it should be working OOB for you too. Can you show me which options display when you click on those three dots?

Also, can you check under plugins if the version matches and maybe do a quick repair?

Can you type stats.do and hit enter in your filter navigator and check the instance version? Also, share a screenshot of which options show when you click on the three dots in the lane.
