Set amount of cards in a particular state/lane on Visual Task Board

Is it possible to set a limit on how many cards can be placed in a state or lane? For example, may I set the amount of cards that can be placed in the "Draft" state/lane?

I'm in the Utah instance. The only option I see is "Hide Lane".
