Set SLA TimeZone as Asia/Kuala_Lumpur. My instance timezone is Europe/Berlin

Hi Team,

I wanted to set SLA Timezone as Asia/Kuala_Lumpur.
My instance timezone is Europe/Berlin.
Is it possible ? 

I tried by changing SLA Timezone to Asia/Kuala_Lumpur.
But still it is showing Europe/Berlin timezone.

Please help.

Yes, it is possible to set specific timezone for SLA. Select the field timezone source as "The SLA definition's time zone" and select the timezone as per requirement.See screenshot for reference.

Yes, absolutely — it's 100% possible.
You just need to set the time in the SLA Definition.
