Set SLA TimeZone as Asia/Kuala_Lumpur. My instance timezone is Europe/Berlin

Hi Team,

I wanted to set SLA Timezone as Asia/Kuala_Lumpur.
My instance timezone is Europe/Berlin.
Is it possible ? 

I tried by changing SLA Timezone to Asia/Kuala_Lumpur.
But still it is showing Europe/Berlin timezone.

Please help.

Hi @Amrutha K V The elapsed time shown in the first screenshot is correct based on your SLA schedule, which is 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

I believe you are checking it after 5:30 PM, which is why it shows 16 hours — it's counting time outside of business hours as well.
