Set the Configuration Item field lookup table on Incident Table

Hi,

 

Coming to the point I need to set the lookup table (referencing table) of configuration item field on incident form to Problem table when the sub category changes to "office".

WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?

 

You can hide the CI field on change of a category and maybe bring forward Problem field. But it makes no sense to change the reference of CI field.

And you cannot/should not change the reference of any existing field. That will corrupt all the records in that table for that field.
