Set the View when opening a RITM record by internal team

I have a requirement: "When a user who is working on an RITM record, the view should be set to default view  when someone from internal team opens the record(as OOB it is Self Service View)". I tried using roles, but seems like there is some complexity. Please suggest an approach to this.

Thanks

@now developer  You can use a script to control the form view used by different roles.
