Set users in cc for Scheduled Email of Report

Hello,  Greetings!

I am generating a scheduled email of report which actually triggers an email to some users. But now I have to add someone in the cc . For this i have created a email script.

and called this email script in the Introductory message of the scheduled Email of report 

It is not given me the expected result, is there any other solution to resolve this. Your response is highly appreciated.

Hi @Bharath Reddy M,

Have you checked the email logs with Copied field/column? Is CC user added or not?

Can you please attach the output screenshot,

before that validate your copying the correct email script name & also ensure email id is correct

In the email body did you write the correct name of the mail script.
From the screenshot which you have posted, we are unable to see the name of the script.
