Setting Banner image size

Hi All,

When uploading any image for banner in 'My company' the size of the image is reducing automatically in service-now nav page. Can we put any fixed size and width for the image?

Even if we uploading images in System UI-Images with fixed width and height it is not taking in banner image. For me in all browsers the size is coming same.

It should be a matter of pixels.

No matter how I adjust the pixels, the image still is displaying incorrectly.

I've used GIMP to make the background transparent...
