Setup Engagement Messenger using OIDC authentication

Hello community,

 

I'm trying to setup an Engagement Messenger using OIDC authentication. However, when the dev of my client's website tried to put the embed code into their web, he got the 401 error. So I would like to consult the exactly way to write the getTokenCallBack() function in the embed code.

Hello,

 

I faced the same issue. Resolved it by creating a OAuth OIDC Entity with external client's Okta registered Client ID.
