Share dashboard role

For sharing Dashboards, the docs state:

"Users with the pa_admin or pa_power_user role can share dashboards that they can edit."

Is there a way to allow another role to share dashboards? I want a large group of users to be able to share dashboards but I do not want to give them the pa_admin or pa_power_user role.

Per the following documentation:

Users can share dashboards they own with other groups and users. So they would not need pa_admin or pa_power_user to do so.

Only users with the admin, dashboard_admin, pa_admin, or pa_power user role can see 'roles' in the Sharing panel, so only these roles can share with other roles, if a user does not have one of these roles they can only share dashboards they own with groups or users.

Users with the pa_admin or pa_power_user role can share dashboards that they can edit, so they don't need to own the dashboard in order to share it, only need editing rights to the dashboard.

I need a solution where someone like the itil user can share a dashboard that they can edit. I am having trouble because I do NOT want to give a lot of users the pa_power_user role because that would give them too much access. I have tried editing the acls for dashboards and cannot find any that will allow me to give itil users access to share dashboards they can edit.

Has anyone had a similar issue where they cant give users an oob role because that would be too much access, but want to give them access to some features? Any recommendation would help here. Thanks.
