sharing filtered lists

What is the best way to share filtered lists?  For example, a member in IT's desktop support team creates a great filter on the Incident list.  How do they share that with the rest of their team?

Any list it will show up. Don't recall but don't think that screen shot is from Incident.

Michael's answer is the best but I did want to provide one other option too.  You can right click on the end of the breadcrumb filter and choose Copy URL. Once copied you can share this URL with others as well and they can bookmark it for access too.  Again not as elegant as storing a filter, but its another option.

But again I stress the importance of right clicking on the end of the query because if you do it in the middle, it will only capture the filter up until that point.

I am looking to learn how to delete a shared filter as well.

Also, why might filters appear in my drop-down list, but when i click "Edit person filters" they don't exist?
