Show Activity log in Portal

Hi,

When an Incident is created from a Case(CSM), it shows a message in the Activity log in the backend view. But when a customer logs into the portal, it does not show that message. I does show any other work notes, additional comments, but not the one that says: Incident created from this (for ex).

 

I tried with case.incident Read ACL and incident.none read ACL for customer role. But no result.

Thanks for the link. Actually my issue is that if I login as an admin or an user with itil role, I can see the activity (Incident created from this case) in the Portal.

But I want it for users with customer role. I tried adding ACLs for the role, but it does not work.
