Show all Categories for Creating a Request in Agent Workspace

When we click on the "New Request" button on interaction table, we would prefer it to show "All Categories" on Service Catalog.

Right now we see limited option in categories.

Kindly help to resolve this issue.

Hi @Nandini DM 

 

You want to hide for every user or for limited user. I think it is not OOTB possible, as the visibility come from user criteria.

Then you are violating the user criteria. If all categories available for all user on Service Portals then show here as well else NO.
