show cases for subject person related list is not visible for few cases in workspace

I am trying to configure related list "show cases for subject person" in workspace view but somehow the related list is not visible for some HR Case.

Could you please share the screenshots to understand better. As per my assumption the user may access related issue.

I am trying to test via an admin .I do have HR admin and admin both the roles but stills the related list is not visible

Is any screen shot possible? Also, try to repair the plugin.
