Hello,
I'm trying to setup a specific workspace view for the User [sys_user] table, but the related lists are only visible for the "Workspace" view.
As you can see on the screenshots, I created the view and configured the related lists, then I created the Workspace view rule, where the related lists are visible under the "Form tabs" section, but once I go to the Workspace and open a user record, the related lists don't show up.
I set up the view rule with different views, and the only that works is the "Workspace" which was installed with the Agent Workspace app.
Anyone has any idea why this is happening?
Thanks in advance

Hi @paulo_gomes_pg6 ,
I trust you are doing great.
To troubleshoot this issue, let's check a few things:
Ensure that the view you created is associated with the correct table (sys_user) and that it is active. You can verify this by going to the "View Rules" module and confirming the settings.
Double-check the configuration of the related lists in the specific view you created. Make sure they are correctly added and visible.
Confirm that the Workspace view rule is correctly set up. Check if the related lists are included in the "Form tabs" section of the rule. Also, verify that the rule is associated with the correct view.

Hello Amit,
Thanks for the suggestion, but as I said, the related lists are visible under the Form tabs.
All the rest is properlly set. This is the view on the normal user form.
Best regards

@paulo_gomes_pg6 Today, I faced exactly the same issue where despite adding the related list on Workspace view, I was not able to see it reflecting on the Configurable agent workspace. After little bit of research found this article https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-articles/configuring-lists-in-configurable-work... where the author suggested to make changes in Workspace UIB view. Added the related list on Workspace UIB view and voila! the list started showing up in the Configurable Agent workspace for HR.

Hi Sandeep,
I noticed that, but I didn't want to use that view as it might be being used by other areas of my company. And since it doesn't match with the Self Service view, I would need to update it.
Yet I still don't understand why does it work for that view and not the others.
At the time I didn't created a ticket as I was working on other stuff, but I will probably do it.
Thanks anyway 😉
