Show related list calculation (Sum) to all users

Hi,

I created a list calculation (sum) for a currency field in a related list. It is showing up for me. But not for others.

Also, how to capture it and move to other instances?

Click on the gear icon in related list and bring out the  Updates field outside and increase count of all enteries by 1 and save it and check whether it is captured in update set or not.Once it is captured try moving it to other instance n crosscheck

Hello,

You might have added the Sum to your personalized list layout. You need to first restore the default list layout which is OOB using the Reset to column defaults first and then configure list calculations on the currency field and then it will work for users. Currently it is only available to your personal list view.

For me still sum is visible for admin only, when i impersonate to other user sum is not visible.
