Show the checkbox that change between additional comments y work notes

Hello,

I recently add the additional comments to the notes and it is not showing me the checkbox that change between the comments and the work notes:

I already try to remove all the variables save it and add them again but the check box is still not visible

We need to see it in the next format, it is working in the change form:

does someone have any idea how to fix it?

Hi @Mid Developer  ,

1)you can check with form layout 

2) check any UI policy hiding that field

3) check  is there any on Load client script is there 

4) you can turn on the script tracer and then load the form you will get idea what it executing when you load the form .

You can use configuration in the related list; in that, you may find this field. Also look for some UI policy if any is running behind it.
