Show workflow link not visble

I need to test change templates in our company's instance , the normal change has 'show workflow' link   but I cannot see the show workflow for emergency change. how can I add it under related links please?

Check to see if your emergency change meets the conditions to display the Show Workflow UI Action:

The show workflow link will display all workflows currently available for the change record.

Note: if there is more than one workflow, multiple tabs are displayed. If no workflows are available, then the link is not available.

There are 3 workflows , one for normal , one foe emergency and one for standard. the normal wf is working as expected. but just noticed that the wf doesn't get kicked of for emergency! how do I make that happen??

maybe that's why the link is not appeared!!

Check the conditions on the workflow.

Open the workflow in the workflow editor and use the menu to select Properties.

Check the Conditions table and see that it matches the condition of your record.
