Showing field name as display value

I have one requirement please suggest

Example we have assigned to field in both incident and problem and when we select any record in it show username "Anish" as display value on incident and problem form but my requirement is on incident form when we select record it should show username "Anish" and on problem form it should show '"user ID" instead of showing username when we selected

not possible. You cannot have it different for different demo

1 table can have 1 field marked as Display=true.
