Hi Collaboration & Workspace Experts,
Wanted To confirm if SIDEBAR can be configured without enabling the Now Experience (Polaris UI). When I enable Now Experience UI it slows down the instance also some of the existing UI Action stops working. So we decided to move ahead without Now Experience UI, but then it seems we are struggling to configure the Sidebar in Service Operations Workspace.
Just for information
We have latest Plugin installed.
Custom App has been configured in Azure & for confirmation I have configured ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams with that Custom APP and it is working fine.
Any suggestion, for configuring the Sidebar without enabling the Now Experience UI in Service Operations Workspace.
