Sidebar discussion in workspace

Hi Team,
Is there any way to restrict visibility of sidebar discussion in activity stream for opened for user.
It must be available for agents, but if user with native role if they search the case, if shouldn't see it and join discussion.

Hi @PreethiG6447769,
can you please verify and then share with me the exact purpose of this requirement?
End user who raises a case (both HR or CSM) uses the Portal or Employee Centre for that and they don't have access to backend where is the Workspace and the sidebar discussion. Unless they have the agent role and then I wouldn't recommend to remove the visibility of the sidebar discussions.
Please double check this and let me know the requirement.

@GlideFather , There is an edge case and happens rarely.
Example- users with itil/ awa role role have access to Service operations workspace (SOW) will have a option to search HR case in SOW. Vendor told its expected behavior.
In this case HR case is been exposed to user in SOW and then can access the sidebar discussion happening in HR case.

@GlideFather , like we hide work notes to opened for user, i need to hide this sidebar only for opened for user.

@PreethiG6447769 I don't think it's possible and if I'm wrong and it's possible, it will be very difficult method of how to achieve it :(( sorry cannot be of much help here
