Sidebar - Quick Action No matches found

hello All,

 

on sidebar, when we click on the quick action we see the no matches found.  Even when we type something, we don;t see any results.  Do we need to do something on our end to configure to show the FB articles etc?

Had the same issue and found out the action was set to deactivated by default. Look at the following table quickactions_action.list and make sure there's a record for [sys_cs_collab_chat] that is set to active.

This option still does not work. Does AI search need to be enabled as well?

I'm not using AI Search in my instance so that shouldn't be needed.

 

Have you tried a cache.do to refresh the instance? No harm doing one when you've run out of options.
Otherwise you could try repairing the application 'now_ctx_sidebar' and 'com.servicenow_now_contextual_sidebar'. Also not sure if that may reset any config/customisation you might have made?

Worth raising a support case.

Is your issue resolved? I am also having the same issue
