Signature on email client?

Hello All,

This is just a thought, is it possible to add signatures on the email client body for end users. I have gone through few posts that said we can achieve this via BR. Can anyone help me out in this?

Yes we can do this. 

Best approach is to use email client templates. In template you can give Signature.

I want this to be configured for end users. How can I setup a default template that can be used for every end users?

Hi Shoheb,

Create a Mail Script and built the default signature . We can use this in Body HTML

For example:

Dharani Kumar ( Name we will be changing and below will be fixed address and in the mail script we can get the current logged in user details in this way we can achieve it . If you want more details like phone number etc.. glide record the sys_user table).
