Simple list page not visible in "link to destination" event handler in Ui builder

Yea, create a new page within your Workspace and you should be able to set it as a target destination.

Do i need to create in record page tabs?

Not sure what you mean by that, but you can use the 'Standard record' template

I have create a new page simple list and used it in the link to destination event handler and also passed the payload params but I'm receiving error as "

The page you are looking for could not be found

Most likely due to incorrect URL, check the URL and make sure it's in a correct format
