Hi,
Currently our ServiceNow Instance URL is configured for a AD server using SAML 2.0. This works good for a single domain.
We are planning to have SSO for other domains too, How can I implement this ?
Whenever I enter the URL, I am diverted to the zauth login page of the 1 st AD server.
Regards,
Sachin

I can send it to you via email. What version of ServiceNow are you on? Send me an email to jason.petty@servicenow.com

Hi Sachin,
Could you please share the update set with me as well?
Also, did you manage to find out the answer whether SAML for domain and LDAP for other domain can be possible?

Hi Deepak,
Are you trying to achieve SSO with LDAP for a domain?? can SSO be done with LDAP ,I guess the authentication takes place at AD but its not what SSO is meant to do??

Nice question,
I know SSO are kind of external authentication.
Not sure if something can be setup via LDAP as well.
What I am trying to do : - we are trying to setup SSO for one of the customer via external authentication mechanism.
Our aim to keep other LDAP integrations unaffected while doing so.
