Single Sign On for different domains using MSP

Hi,

Currently our ServiceNow Instance URL is configured for a AD server using SAML 2.0. This works good for a single domain.

We are planning to have SSO for other domains too, How can I implement this ?

Whenever I enter the URL, I am diverted to the zauth login page of the 1 st AD server.

Regards,

Sachin

I can send it to you via email.   What version of ServiceNow are you on?   Send me an email to jason.petty@servicenow.com

Eureka will have a plugin for Multi-Tennant SSO if you want.   There is also an update set for prior versions of SN if you want it.   The prior versions are not "officially" supported but others are using it.   Let me know if you want it or if you will just wait for Eureka.

The Eureka Multi-SSO plugin is the preferred method for integrating multiple login strategies in an Enterprise and especially for an MSP. I CANNOT recommend that you adopt the a fore mentioned update set. It is highly customized and tends to require work with every upgrade, inhibiting your ability to quickly and reliably upgrade. Not only will the Multi-SSO plugin include support from ServiceNow, the feature set is compelling.

Thank you for the recommendation Paul.

It will be very difficult for us to wait for the Eureka Release.

Hi Jason,

Thank you for the reply. Where can i get this Update Set ?
